Medical assessment
Sick leave is issued based on a medical assessment. A digital request alone does not guarantee a sick leave certificate.
backdating
A retroactive sick leave note is generally possible for up to one working day.
A longer backdating is only possible in medically justified exceptional cases and with the approval of the responsible Medical Service.
Personal collection
Confirmations can be picked up in person at the practice during fast-track hours.
A personal medical examination may be required.
