To ensure that patients with brief organizational matters do not have to wait unnecessarily long, we offer a fast track during the first hour of the medical practice.
Suitable for
• Questions regarding sick leave
• Short organizational questions
• simple referrals
• Collection of already prepared documents
• Brief concerns not requiring a medical examination
Not suitable for the Fast Track
• new or acute complaints
• Pain or necessary physical examination
• new medications or changes to your therapy
• Detailed discussion of medical findings
• Emergencies
Processing is carried out depending on urgency and current capacity. Medical emergencies are always treated with priority.
