Have you forgotten the name or dosage?

With existing ELGA access, we can take your e-medication into account during the consultation.

🔓 Extend access to ELGA (Electronic Health Record) for a longer period

up to 1 year

After inserting your e-card, access to your e-medication list and e-reports from hospitals is normally granted for 90 days, and to your electronic vaccination certificate for 28 days. You may extend the access duration for your trusted doctor for up to 365 days:

Online via your ELGA portal (www.gesundheit.gv.at)
By telephone via the ELGA Ombudsman Office Vienna (Tel: 01 544 06 80)
Advantage: Particularly convenient for regular medical care, chronic illnesses, or if you frequently need to discuss medications and medical reports with us.

Processing takes place during practice opening hours.
