Suitable for medical report and lab results consultations, follow-up checks, medication queries, repeat prescriptions, and electronic sick leave notes – when a physical examination is not required.

Not for emergencies or if auscultation [Abhören], palpation [Abtasten], blood sampling [Blutabnahme], or wound care [Wundversorgung] are required. In case of shortness of breath, chest pain, severe injuries, or life-threatening conditions: call 144 immediately.
