• Updating the e-Card: To ensure the continued storage of your medications on the e-Card, it is necessary to insert your original e-Card every 90 days (once per quarter).

• Ordering your prescriptions: For long-term medication, you can either email your prescriptions to rezept@mein-genmed.at, send it online or, as usual, pick it up from our office without an appointment. Please note that we only process prescriptions for long-term medication online. For new medications, a visit to our practice is necessary.

• E-medication: After your online order, we upload the prescriptions to the e-medication system. You can then pick up the medication at any pharmacy using your E-Card."
